ADHD-Affirming Therapy

You’re not “too much” — your brain is brilliant and beautifully wired.

You deserve care that understands how your brain actually works.

As someone with lived experience of ADHD, I offer therapy that’s paced with intention, full of compassion, and completely free of shame. This isn’t about fixing you — it’s about supporting you, your nervous system, and the ways you uniquely process life.

Common themes I support ADHD clients with include:

  • Overwhelm and difficulty managing day-to-day demands

  • Executive functioning struggles (time blindness, task initiation, follow-through)

  • Emotional regulation and rejection sensitivity (RSD)

  • Finding rhythms that work for your brain and body

  • Shame from years of being misunderstood or mislabeled

  • Building structures that support freedom and creativity

  • Navigating masking, perfectionism, or people-pleasing patterns

How I Work

My approach is flexible, grounding, and attuned to your pace. We can co-create structure together, celebrate your strengths, and get curious about the ways ADHD shows up for you. This is a space where tangents are welcome, rest is sacred, and there’s no “wrong” way to show up.

You are not lazy — your brilliance just blooms differently.

If you’re ready to feel understood, supported, and free to be fully yourself, I’d be honored to talk with you.
