You’re Not Broken — You’re Carrying So Much

Anxiety and depression can feel heavy, lonely, and overwhelming — but you don’t have to go through it alone.

Anxiety and depression show up in so many different ways.

For some, it’s overthinking, panic, or dread that won’t loosen its grip. For others, it’s numbness, exhaustion, and a feeling of disconnection from everything that once brought joy.

Sometimes it looks like staying in bed all day, snapping at people you love, canceling plans you actually wanted to keep, or feeling like a failure for not “doing enough.”

Sometimes it’s just… surviving.

You are not lazy. You are not weak. You are doing the best you can with a nervous system that’s been doing its job: protecting you.

Anxiety and depression may include:

  • Overwhelm and emotional exhaustion

  • Racing thoughts or a mind that won’t slow down

  • Chronic self-doubt or perfectionism

  • Social withdrawal or irritability

  • Difficulty concentrating or initiating tasks

  • Panic, shutdowns, or freeze responses

  • Feeling like nothing matters — or like everything is too much

  • Deep loneliness, even around others

  • Shame about not feeling “better” yet

How I Work

I offer a warm, compassionate space where we can slow down and make room for your whole experience — without judgment or urgency.

My approach is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), parts work (IFS), polyvagal theory, and trauma-sensitive care. I provide simple, clear psychoeducation to help you understand what’s happening in your nervous system — and how to gently regulate, reconnect, and return to yourself.

Together, we’ll uncover the stories beneath the symptoms, explore what your emotions are trying to protect, and co-create practices that support your healing. You don’t have to be “fixed” — you just need space to be met with presence, care, and curiosity.

You’re not alone in this.

If you're ready to begin — or even if you’re not sure — I’d be honored to hold space for you.
