Autism-Affirming Therapy
A place to unmask, breathe, and be fully seen.
You don’t need to change who you are to heal.
As an autistic therapist, I offer a space rooted in deep understanding and lived experience. You won’t have to explain what it means to mask, why eye contact can be exhausting, or how burnout feels in your bones — I already speak that language.
Common themes I support autistic clients with include:
Late-diagnosis identity processing
Unmasking and embracing authenticity
Sensory overload and burnout recovery
Navigating relationships and boundaries
Coping with internalized ableism
Building self-trust in a neurotypical world
Psychoeducation on self-care tailored for autistic minds and bodies
Exploring sensory preferences and creating supportive environments
How I Work
My approach is neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, and deeply compassionate. I honor your unique communication style, sensory needs, and pacing. We can build a space together where stimming is welcome, silence is honored, and there’s no pressure to be anyone but your true self.
You are not broken — you are beautifully wired.
If you’re seeking a space to explore, rest, process, or simply be, I’d be honored to walk beside you.
